Job Title: Bilingual QA Testing Engineer with automation experience for Insurance Company (Permanent Position)

Looking for a talented software engineer for QA activities. Looking for someone who have deep understanding in software development lifecycle and technologies which enables faster delivery with better quality. Also, very good communicator to be efficient in understanding business requirement/user stories and connect them to practical test plan, test cases and technical implementations of automated test if necessary. The area of activity will not be limited to automation but will also be focused in planning, manually executing and progress management.

  • Liaise with business analyst and business users, to understand business requirement and properly analyze testing requirement
  • Articulate test plan and test cases depending on test requirement
  • Plan and assign test related tasks in project and maintenance to test engineers from partners/vendors
  • Track and report target product quality to project/maintenance team by effectively utilizing software quality indicators
  • Manage, update, extend area of test automation. Propose and introduce test automation improvement along with other team members
  • Contribute to establishing better software quality standard for internal use
  • Experience in creating and reviewing test plan and test cases
  • Deep understanding and experience in test code implementation in Java, for Web and Web API
  • Knowledge and working experience in Agile and CICD
  • Rigor on functional quality, performance and security
  • Experience in large projects participation, collaborating with regional/global teams and multiple stakeholders
  • A collaborative & flexible quick action taker who thinks customer first
  • Have good analysis skill on problem and business requirement
  • Able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and engineers in IT
